I am excited to announce our first gathering for year 2009! Woo hoo!

I hope to see you there! We will enjoy time of fellowship with other local ministry wives, worship, round table discussions, and a special encouragement message from a local Guest Pastor's wife! :)

Fashion and Following the Savior

Hey ministry wives!

Now that the holidays are behind us and we are quickly approaching Spring and Summer...I thought it would be helpful to serve you with a useful resource that I refer to often (for myself and for teaching other women and teenagers) that deals with Modesty. Modesty is always a sensitive subject especially living in South Florida where most days we are toting around town in flip-flops, tank-tops and...I can't forget to mention sticking to our car seats because it's so humid and hot outside! Ugh! But, the great news is...God desires for us to glorify Him no matter what climate we live in and I passionatley believe that we can be modest while still being fashionable! God is calling us to encourage women in our sphere of influence to use their bodies as a service to Him and not for the attention of others...Amen!

Happy 2008 Ministry Wives!

Greetings South Florida Ministry Wives!

I pray this finds you and your families well in 2008! The holiday season is always a busy time for our husbands in ministry and can be very busy for us too!

So, I hope you are ready for some encouragement and fellowship with our Embrace friends and local ministry wives...I am still waiting to confirm the date so be on the lookout for our next gathering towards the end of February/ beginning of March!

November 10th Gathering!

Well hello ladies! It's been a while since I've posted...you know how it is...life flies by and things never really slow down...before we know it we will be in 2008! Gees Louise!

Well, we're gearing up for our next Embrace Gathering on November 10th! Invitations went out about two weeks ago and I am looking forward to getting RSVP's!

Tonia Melton, the wife of Pastor Guy Melton from Oasis Church (formerly Church of Pembroke Pines) will be encouraging us and we'll have a fun time hanging out before the hecti holiday season sneaks up on us!
